All our items are designed to help reduce pain, improve posture, and promote healthy movement in your daily life.

 

Are your products suitable for everyone?

Yes! Our products are made for people of all ages who want to improve their posture, relieve tension, or stay comfortable throughout the day.
However, if you have a specific medical condition (like chronic back pain or plantar fasciitis), we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before starting any new routine.

 

What are “anatomic” products?

Anatomic products are designed to fit the natural shape and movement of your body.
They help distribute weight evenly, reduce strain on joints and muscles, and support correct posture — making your movements feel more natural and pain-free.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within:

2–5 business days for domestic orders

5–10 business days for international orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes !  If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change or cancel it within 12–24 hours of placing it.
Just contact our support team at info@goldfishbus.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it — but you can still return it after delivery.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may take a little longer — but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We are shipping from Hong Kong.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging.
If your item doesn’t fit, or if you’re not fully satisfied, simply contact us at info@goldfishbus.com and we’ll guide you through a quick return or exchange process.

 

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:

Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days

PayPal or other digital wallets: 3–5 business days

Shopify Payments: 5–7 business days

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Import taxes, customs duties and related fees are determined by authorities in the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


How do I choose the right size for insoles or shoes?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit.
For insoles, many of our designs are trim-to-fit, meaning you can cut along the guide lines to match your shoe size perfectly.

 

Do your back massagers and stretching tools need assembly or batteries?

Most of our massagers and stretchers are ready to use out of the box, while some electric models include a charging cable or battery compartment.
Check the “Product Details” tab for each item for specific instructions.
